Allison Pregler Bio
Allison Pregler reviews Z-grade films generally horror or martial arts. Similar with The Cinema Snob in that she enjoys dumb action movies. She began her reviews in the latter half of 2009, and following her rise to fame (under the name of Obscurus Lupa, which was previously used), Allison Pregler became part of the family at Channel Awesome. Her site remained up till the start of 2015 when Obscurus Lupa Presents changed its name to Movie Nights. The two podcasts she hosts are and covering Charmed. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. Ninja the Mission Force features her as Interpol Ninja Cheetah. Brad Jones' Jesus Bro! was also her first film. Brad Jones has had her guest star on some episodes of his program Midnight Screenings. She reviews terrible films for children or RiffTrax shows, as well occasional adult humor (including Baywatch (2017)). When she began reviewing films in 2009 her name was a hit through the Channel Awesome forums. After joining the official family consisting of Channel Awesome reviewers, she gained a lot of attention. She has appeared on countless Channel Awesome shows from Atop the Fourth Wall to Phelous & the Movies. She was a part of the Channel Awesome family alongside Doug Walker and often appeared on episode of the Nostalgia Critic.
